MBBA
Service Terms
Last updated: 26 July 2026
These general terms apply to enquiries and services provided by MBBA Consulting Pty Ltd, including MBBA Sports fixture scheduling work, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or guarantee that MBBA can accept the work. MBBA will review the information provided and respond with next steps where appropriate.
Any paid work, pricing, timing, inclusions and deliverables should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authorised information needed for the service. For MBBA Sports work, this may include teams, divisions, player lists, venues, dates, availability, referee needs and scheduling rules.
Incomplete or late information may affect timing, pricing, outputs or the ability to complete the work.
Scheduling outputs
MBBA aims to produce practical, constraint-aware outputs based on the information provided. Complex competitions may involve trade-offs where not every preference can be satisfied at the same time.
Fixtures, schedules, reports and related outputs should be reviewed by the client before publication or operational use.
Existing platforms
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, MBBA Sports works alongside your existing competition systems and does not replace your official competition platform, registration provider, payment system or governing body requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MBBA is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect source information, unauthorised data sharing, late changes, third-party platform issues, or decisions made after delivery of an output.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
